Restaurant Award is a data-driven restaurant ranking platform. We rank hundreds of thousands of restaurants across the United States using Restaurant Score, a composite metric based on ratings, reviews, sentiment, and competitive positioning.
What is Restaurant Score?
Restaurant Score is a 0–100 composite score that evaluates a restaurant's overall performance based on rating quality, review volume and recency, rating trends, and data freshness. See our Methodology page for details.
How do I claim my restaurant?
Visit the Claim page. If you have a claim code, enter it to open the confirmation step. If you do not have a code, submit your owner details so we can verify your relationship to the venue. Approved owners receive a one-time login link by email; no password is required.
Where do I get a claim code?
Claim codes may be included in Restaurant Award owner outreach. If you do not have one, use the owner-verification form on the Claim page.
What does a subscription include?
A yearly subscription unlocks the full competitive intelligence report for your restaurant, including:
- Full Restaurant Score breakdown with all component scores
- Deeper nearby-competitor coverage and comparison metrics
- Detailed sentiment and review momentum analysis
- Social presence benchmarks vs. city and state averages
- Actionable opportunity insights

How much does a subscription cost?
Subscriptions are billed annually on a per-restaurant basis. Visit your restaurant's dashboard page after claiming to see current pricing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How often is the data updated?
Restaurant scores are refreshed as new source data is processed. The freshness date shown on a venue profile is the best indication of when its current score was calculated.
Is my restaurant data accurate?
We use publicly available data sources and apply normalization and quality checks. If you believe your restaurant's data is inaccurate, claim the venue and update eligible profile fields, or email [email protected] with the venue name and Beam ID.
