What is Beam Score?
Beam Score is a 0–100 composite score that evaluates a restaurant's overall performance based on rating quality, review volume and recency, rating trends, and data freshness. See our Methodology page for details.
How do I claim my restaurant?
If you're a restaurant owner, you can claim your restaurant using a unique claim code. Visit the Claim page, create an account, and enter your code. Once claimed, you can subscribe for full access to your competitive intelligence report.
Where do I get a claim code?
Claim codes are distributed to restaurant owners through our outreach program. If you haven't received a code yet, check back soon as we're expanding coverage.
What does a subscription include?
A yearly subscription unlocks the full competitive intelligence report for your restaurant, including:

- Up to 100 nearby competitors with names and full metrics

How much does a subscription cost?
Subscriptions are billed annually on a per-restaurant basis. Visit your restaurant's dashboard page after claiming to see current pricing.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.
How often is the data updated?
Restaurant scores are refreshed regularly, typically on a weekly basis. High-activity venues may be refreshed more frequently.
Is my restaurant data accurate?
We use publicly available data sources and apply normalization and quality checks. If you believe your restaurant's data is inaccurate, please contact us after claiming your restaurant.
