Information we collect
Depending on how you use Restaurant Award, we may collect:

- Venue-claim information, including claim codes, ownership details, verification results, and communications with our team.
- Public-profile information that venue owners choose to publish, such as descriptions, contact details, links, and social profiles.
- Subscription information, including subscription status and Stripe customer or subscription references. Restaurant Award does not store complete payment-card details.
- Usage and device information, such as pages viewed, browser type, approximate location derived from network information, referring pages, and diagnostic logs.
- Messages you send us, including support, press, data-correction, and ownership-verification requests.
Public restaurant data
Restaurant Award also processes publicly available business-listing information, ratings, review counts and timing, location information, social-presence signals, and related restaurant data. This information is used to calculate Beam Scores, produce rankings, and maintain restaurant profiles.
How we use information
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Restaurant Award.
- Calculate scores, rankings, market comparisons, and data-freshness indicators.
- Verify venue ownership and provide owner-account access.
- Process and administer subscriptions and requested services.
- Respond to support, correction, privacy, and media enquiries.
- Detect misuse, fraud, security incidents, and violations of our terms.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.
How we share information

- Service providers that support hosting, analytics, email delivery, communications, security, databases, and customer support.
- Stripe and related payment providers when you start or manage a paid subscription.

Restaurant Award is focused on restaurants in the United States. If you access the service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our providers operate.
